Technical Support Coordinator (UAV Production)

Our client is a Ukrainian manufacturer of autonomous deep-strike UAVs capable of operating without GNSS. Together with combat units and local producers, the company develops a family of tactical UAVs to rapidly implement innovations and maintain technological superiority on the battlefield.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep records of electronics, components, and equipment (including in accounting systems / Excel / Google Sheets).

• Organize and support procurement of electronic components, tools, and equipment.

• Communicate with suppliers, place orders, and track deliveries.

• Assist engineers in UAV assembly (component preparation, soldering, basic mechanics).

• Participate in UAV testing trips: prepare equipment, handle logistics, and provide on-site support.

• Maintain office space and workshop: equip workstations, purchase office and household items.

• Organize storage areas, conduct inventory, and manage labeling.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of electronics (especially components commonly used in UAVs: ESC, GPS, flight controllers, video transmission, etc.).

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and systematic thinking.

• Basic computer skills, experience with Google Sheets and email.

• Experience working with Excel / record-keeping spreadsheets.

• Team player with a willingness to support different company processes.

Nice to have

• Driver’s license (Category B) and readiness to occasionally travel for testing.

• Basic system administration skills (software installation, PC and peripherals maintenance).

• Experience with soldering, assembly, and basic tools.

• Previous experience in production or technical projects.
