Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an adhesion contract for informational services provided through the website at (address) to Users, who confirm their agreement with these Terms by submitting applications for job vacancies or otherwise.
0. Definitions.
Vacancy — means an employment offer posted by the Provider on behalf of an Employer on the Website.
Website — refers to the collection of internet pages located at (address) and managed by the Provider.
User — refers to an individual who has submitted an application for a published Vacancy.
Provider — means the sole proprietor, Korol Hanna Yevhenivna, registered at Kyiv, Entuziastiv st. 19/1, 129, Personal Tax Number 3362101629, who provides informational services through the Website.
Employer — refers to an economic entity on whose behalf the Provider posts information about available Vacancies on this Website.
Terms used in the singular also include the plural and vice versa.
1. Scope.

The Provider offers Users informational services by enabling them to submit applications for Vacancies through the Website. Notably:

(a) The Provider does not guarantee that a User’s application will be reviewed or accepted by the Employer.

(b) The Provider conducts a preliminary review of applications, following the instructions and guidelines provided by the Employer.

(c) The Provider is not responsible for processing times for User applications or providing feedback (whether positive or negative), but the User will receive automated email confirmation of the application’s submission.

(d) The Employer (or an authorized representative) independently determines response times and the decision to respond to applications.

(e) The services are free of charge. The Provider does not collect any payment from Users for these services.
2. Personal Data and Related Matters.

Users are entitled to the rights provided to data subjects under Ukrainian law.

The Employer determines the purpose and scope of processing the personal data provided by Users via the Website.

The Provider processes Users’ personal data on behalf of and under the instruction of Employers.

Purpose - User personal data is collected, processed, and shared for the purpose of:
-
(a) assessing the possibility of entering into an employment contract or other service agreement between the User and the Employer or its affiliate (pursuant to paragraph 3, section 1, Article 11 of Ukraine’s Personal Data Protection Law); and
-
(b) defending against potential claims from the User related to the preparation, execution, or termination of such an agreement (pursuant to paragraph 6, section 1, Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law).

Processing Duration - Processing of personal data commences on the date the User submits their application and ends:

(a) For purposes in point 2(4)(a) - after six (6) months, or upon the Employer’s rejection of the User’s application, or when an employment contract is executed between the Employer and User, or if a new agreement on personal data processing is concluded between the User and Employer.

((b) For purposes in point 2(4)(b) - three (3) years after the circumstances defined in point 2(5)(a) occur.

Change of Processing Purpose - If the primary purpose as stated in 2(4)(a) is exhausted, the User may consent to extend the personal data processing period for the purpose of receiving other job offers.

Data Sharing - User personal data may be shared with Employers, service providers for verification, and affiliates. By applying for a Vacancy, the User consents to this data sharing.

Collected Data - Excluding cookies, we collect and process the following personal data:

Full name, date and place of birth, residence and registration address, contact details, education, qualifications, criminal or medical restrictions if required by law, and any public data shared by the User.

Post-Processing - After the period defined in 2(5)(b), personal data will be permanently deleted.

User Rights - Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, and restrict the processing of their data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Exercising these rights may result in termination of services due to the Provider's inability to fulfill the Terms’ purpose under 2(4)(a).
3. Liability.
Parties to these Terms are liable for violations under Ukrainian law.
4. Limitation of Liability.

The Provider is not a party to any agreement between the User and Employer concerning employment or collaboration and is not responsible for discrepancies in job information provided by the Employer.

Despite efforts to maintain the Website, the Provider is not responsible for technical errors or interruptions.
5. Intellectual Property.

All materials on the Website remain the intellectual property of the Provider or third parties, and nothing in these Terms grants intellectual property rights or a license to the User unless expressly stated.

The User receives a non-exclusive, time-unlimited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Website within its functional purpose. The Provider may terminate this license at any time.
6. Termination of Terms.

The Provider may terminate the services and these Terms at any time. In such cases, the terms in Section 2 on Personal Data remain effective.

Users may terminate their use of services at any time by notifying the Provider via the contact methods provided on the Website.
7. Governing Law.
These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law.
8. Miscellaneous.

These Terms are an adhesion contract in electronic form, accepted by the User upon submission of an application via the Website.

The Provider may amend these Terms at any time. The User will be deemed to accept such changes unless they opt out within ten (10) business days of receiving notification.

New versions of the Terms are published on the Website with the date of changes indicated.
