Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to develop effective talent sourcing strategies for various technical areas.

Search for and screen candidates using advanced queries, filters, and other sourcing methods.

Utilize various platforms, tools, and databases to build and maintain a professional talent network.

Analyze the labor market and hiring trends to gain up-to-date insights on talent availability.

Evaluate professional profiles and resumes to identify the most suitable candidates.

Establish long-term professional relationships through multiple communication channels, including professional communities and social networks.

Plan and coordinate work across multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously, maintaining the talent database (PeopleForce) with high accuracy and timely updates.
Requirements

Advanced knowledge of candidate sourcing tools, with strong proficiency in Boolean Search and sourcing methodologies.

Experience with talent sourcing platforms and extensions (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow), as well as using Telegram, Facebook, and professional forums to communicate with niche candidates.

Ability to conduct labor market research, collect and analyze data on salary ranges, competitors, and trends; prepare reports and recommendations based on findings.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to gather information effectively and maintain professional relationships.

Understanding of confidentiality principles and professional ethics.
