Sales manager

Our client is a Ukrainian manufacturer of autonomous deep-strike UAVs and strike FPV drones. Together with combat units and local producers, the company is building a family of tactical UAVs to rapidly implement innovations and maintain technological superiority on the battlefield.

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to scale drone sales to frontline brigades, collect feedback, and develop client relationships. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contribution directly impacts the country’s defense capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Travel to military units (including near-frontline areas) to deliver drones, demonstrate products, and gather user feedback.

  • Develop client relationships: maintain contact with brigades, analyze needs, propose improvements, manage deals, and close contracts.

  • Sales & negotiations: identify new opportunities, work with the client base, achieve sales targets for drones and related services.

  • Collect & analyze feedback: monitor product usage, identify needs, gather suggestions for product improvements.

Requirements:

  • At least 2–3 years of sales experience (strong sales skills), preferably in miltech, defense industry, or related fields.

  • Readiness for full-time work with business trips (2–3 trips per month, each lasting 3–4 days; possible travel to combat zones as needed).

  • Valid driver’s license and driving experience (preferably manual transmission; company provides a service vehicle).

  • Understanding of the defense industry: experience with military personnel, veterans, or drone knowledge is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills, ability to build long-term relationships, stress resilience.

  • Veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are especially welcome.
