Our client is an organisation that actively develops event initiatives in the field of security and defence. They bring together key industry players, organise professional forums, sectoral meetings, and initiatives aimed at strengthening the defence industry and fostering international cooperation.
We are looking for a Programme Manager who will build and develop partnership programmes, enhance engagement with key industry stakeholders, coordinate projects, and implement effective collaboration models between manufacturers, suppliers, and international partners.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement partnership programmes.

Identify and attract new partners, conduct negotiations.

Manage relationships with partners and monitor the fulfilment of agreements.

Coordinate with internal teams to implement joint initiatives.

Establish KPIs, analyse performance, and improve programme efficiency.

Monitor the market, technological trends, and competitive landscape.

Prepare reports and presentations for management and partners.
Requirements
-
At least 3 years of experience in partnership programmes or business development.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience working with international and governmental partners is an advantage.

Results-oriented, proactive, and strategically minded.

Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (B1 level or higher).

Confident user of office tools (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets) and project management system Asana.

Prepared for business travel and participation in industry events.
