Key Responsibilities

Monitoring the network for network and equipment status.

Providing technical assistance to clients and resolving connection-related issues.

Performing basic configuration of MikroTik routers under the supervision of experienced engineers.

Participating in the implementation of new technical solutions and equipment testing.

Assisting in configuring network security and access control.

Maintaining technical documentation and reports on completed work.
Requirements

Basic knowledge of MikroTik: Understanding the fundamentals of RouterOS, routing principles, and network interface configuration.

Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and network protocols.

High motivation to learn and acquire new knowledge.

Ability to work with details and maintain a responsible attitude toward task execution.
