Head of Partnerships

Our client is the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, one of the largest and most recognized foundations in Ukraine. The organization operates in two key areas: military — providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine with equipment, gear, and tactical medical supplies, and humanitarian — supporting the civilian population in frontline and de-occupied territories.

The team is currently looking for a Head of Partnerships who will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with donors, businesses, and international organizations.

• Build and update the database of partners and donors; organize meetings, negotiations, and presentations.

• Design and implement engagement plans with donors and partners aligned with the foundation’s strategy.

• Lead and manage the partnerships team.

• Analyze fundraising campaign performance and improve fundraising tools.

• Represent the foundation at events, in media, and through public speaking to enhance trust and recognition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in external communications, donor relations, investor or partnership management.

• Experience in non-profit organizations or social projects, with proven successful fundraising cases.

• Fluent English (C1 level, written and spoken).

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to systematize large volumes of information and focus on key messages.

• High level of responsibility, adaptability, and strong prioritization skills.
