Head of Communications & PR Department

Kyiv

Full-time

Our client is the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, one of the largest and most recognized charitable organizations in Ukraine. The foundation operates in two key areas:

  • Military — providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine with equipment, machinery, and tactical medicine.

  • Humanitarian — supporting civilians in frontline and de-occupied territories.

The team is now seeking a Head of Communications & PR Department, responsible for developing and implementing the communications strategy, building a structured function, and managing the foundation’s reputation across Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the foundation’s communications strategy.

  • Manage communications across media, social networks, opinion leaders, and partners.

  • Organize informational and fundraising campaigns, as well as media activities.

  • Lead the communications team: planning, coordination, and motivation.

  • Handle crisis communications: prepare and execute action plans in crisis situations.

  • Oversee brand identity and ensure consistent communication style.

  • Organize the foundation’s participation in events, forums, and conferences.

  • Collaborate with contractors and external agencies.

  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and adjust tactics accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle communication projects — from planning and coordination to successful execution within deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust both within the team and with external partners.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience managing a team of at least 5 people.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate results and adjust actions.

  • Flexibility and readiness to support the team when needed.

  • High level of responsibility, adaptability, and strong prioritization skills.

We Offer

  • A unique opportunity to contribute to Ukraine’s victory: supporting the military and helping civilians in frontline and de-occupied areas.

  • Work in a professional and dedicated team.

  • Corporate training (English, first aid, management, etc.).

  • Free meals.
