Our client is the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, one of the largest and most recognized charitable organizations in Ukraine. The foundation operates in two key areas:

Military — providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine with equipment, machinery, and tactical medicine.

Humanitarian — supporting civilians in frontline and de-occupied territories.
The team is now seeking a Head of Communications & PR Department, responsible for developing and implementing the communications strategy, building a structured function, and managing the foundation’s reputation across Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the foundation’s communications strategy.

Manage communications across media, social networks, opinion leaders, and partners.

Organize informational and fundraising campaigns, as well as media activities.

Lead the communications team: planning, coordination, and motivation.

Handle crisis communications: prepare and execute action plans in crisis situations.

Oversee brand identity and ensure consistent communication style.

Organize the foundation’s participation in events, forums, and conferences.

Collaborate with contractors and external agencies.

Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and adjust tactics accordingly.
Requirements
-
Proven experience managing full-cycle communication projects — from planning and coordination to successful execution within deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust both within the team and with external partners.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience managing a team of at least 5 people.

Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate results and adjust actions.

Flexibility and readiness to support the team when needed.

High level of responsibility, adaptability, and strong prioritization skills.
