Instructor Systems Engineering (GRS)

Our client is a combat unit within the Ukrainian Armed Forces that actively implements modern technologies on the battlefield. Thanks to its systematic approach, innovation, and high professionalism, the unit has repeatedly proven its effectiveness directly on the front lines.

We are looking for an Unmanned Systems Engineering Instructor (NRK) who will be responsible for training the unit's personnel. This is a civilian position that has a real impact on the country's defence capabilities.

This role is ideal for veterans, volunteers or technical specialists who want to contribute to Ukraine's victory by passing on their knowledge and skills to our defenders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training cadets in the basics of using NRK in military conditions in the field of GRS Engineering;

  • Conduct practical (laboratory) and lecture classes;

  • Perform maintenance and routine repairs of GRS electronics in order to ensure the educational process;

  • Maintain and improve computer networks and server infrastructure;

  • Work on improving and updating the course;

  • Maintain the premises and workshop in the condition necessary for conducting classes.

Requirements

  • ​High motivation to train military personnel with varying levels of knowledge in order to accelerate Ukraine's victory;

  • Experience in operating and engineering UAVs will be a significant advantage for the candidate;

  • Related experience in operating and engineering UAVs;

  • Related experience in operating automotive and/or tracked vehicles;

  • Understanding of the structure and principles of operation of UAVs and UAVs;

  • Understanding of the specifics of using drones in military conditions and/or direct experience of operation;

  • Skills in working with modern operating systems (Android, Windows), Google office suite;

  • Experience in working with microelectronics;

  • Ability to solder and understanding of the basics of circuitry;

  • Experience with Inav, Ardupilot, Betaflight;

  • Understanding of computer network construction;

  • Responsible and systematic approach to work;

  • Basic knowledge of English;

  • Teaching skills and public speaking experience would be an advantage.
