Our client is a combat unit within the Defense Forces of Ukraine that actively implements modern technologies on the battlefield. Thanks to its systematic approach, innovation, and high professionalism, the unit has repeatedly proven its effectiveness directly on the front line.
We are looking for a Ground Robotic Systems Instructor, who will be responsible for training unit personnel to effectively operate ground robotic systems. This is a civilian position with a real impact on the country’s defense capabilities.
This role is ideal for veterans, volunteers, or technical specialists who want to contribute to Ukraine’s victory by sharing knowledge and skills with defenders.
Key Responsibilities

Train cadets in the fundamentals of using ground robotic systems in combat conditions.

Conduct practical (field), simulator-based, and classroom training sessions.

Assess cadets’ skills and conduct testing.

Contribute to the improvement and updating of the training course.

Participate in the maintenance and servicing of GRS.

Maintain classrooms and training grounds in proper condition, and take part in logistical and facility-related work.
Requirements

Experience with UAV operation and engineering, or with automotive and tracked vehicles.

Understanding of the structure and operating principles of GRS and UAVs.

Knowledge of the specifics of drone use in military conditions and/or hands-on operational experience.

Proficiency in modern operating systems (Android, Windows) and Google Office Suite.

Responsibility and a systematic approach to work.

Basic English language skills.

Strong motivation to train service members of various skill levels to accelerate Ukraine’s victory.
Preferred Qualifications (would be an advantage)

Combat experience.

Direct experience with GRS operation and engineering.

Teaching skills and experience in public speaking.
