Key Responsibilities
Our client is a Ukrainian manufacturer of autonomous deep-strike UAVs and strike FPV drones. Together with combat units and local manufacturers, the company develops a family of tactical UAVs aimed at rapidly implementing innovations and maintaining technological superiority on the battlefield.
We are looking for a specialist who combines strong technical skills in UAV piloting and testing with the ability to work directly with military units in field conditions. This is a part-time position that involves regular travel across Ukraine, including front-line areas, presenting company products, and contributing to product improvement based on real combat feedback
Key Responsibilities

Field visits to military units across Ukraine, including front-line territories, to demonstrate and present company products.

Piloting FPV platforms in various flight modes; conducting test flights of ready-made solutions.

Collecting feedback from military personnel on drone usage, documenting practical observations, and communicating them to the R&D team.

Identifying technical issues in airframe design, avionics, flight controller settings, and communication links; proposing improvements.

Flashing flight controllers, configuring Betaflight, and performing sensor calibration.
Requirements

Experience piloting FPV drones of various types in field conditions.

Confident command of Betaflight

Basic soldering skills, board assembly, component replacement, and electronics diagnostics.

Willingness to travel regularly and work at test sites and military facilities.

Valid driver’s license and readiness for frequent trips across Ukraine.

Ability to work part-time.
Nice to have
-
Experience operating UAVs in combat environments.

Experience with other types of unmanned systems, including fixed-wing UAVs.

Knowledge of Ardupilot, PX4, INAV.

Ability to operate drone detection systems.
