Our client is an international company specializing in providing accounting, legal, and HR services for businesses. The organization is actively developing and is looking for an experienced professional for the position of deputy chief accountant who will ensure the effective work of the team and control of financial processes.
We are looking for a specialist with experience in managing an accounting team who will be able to organize the work of 2-3 accountants, control accounting and reporting, coordinate processes in the field of foreign economic activity, taxes, and salaries, as well as be a reliable right-hand man to the chief accountant.
Key Responsibilities

Organization and control of accounting and tax accounting (general taxation system, VAT payer).

Organization of accounting in the field of foreign economic activity (import-export of goods, works, services).

Control of the correctness of primary documents and their reflection in accounting.

Control of accounting for settlements with accountable persons (business trips, business and representation expenses).

Organization and control of accounting for fixed assets, inventory, and imported property.

Payroll and personnel administration; control of payroll reporting.

Control of the issuance and registration of tax invoices; control of incoming invoices.

Compilation and submission of VAT, income tax, and other mandatory reports.

Organization of the accounting team's work: distribution of tasks, quality control, mentoring.

Communication and correspondence in English with international clients.
Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience as a senior accountant, sole accountant, chief accountant.

Experience managing a team of accountants.

Higher education in finance or economics.

In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax accounting, foreign economic activity, VAT, and income tax.

Experience in HR administration and payroll accounting.

English language skills sufficient for communication with international clients (B1+).

High level of organization, attention to detail, responsibility, proactivity.

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (BAS, MEDOK, client-bank).
