Our client is an organisation that actively develops event initiatives in the field of security and defence. They bring together key industry players, organise professional forums, sectoral meetings, and initiatives aimed at strengthening the defence industry and fostering international cooperation.
We are looking for a Programme Manager capable of managing technical and production programmes while implementing innovative solutions within the defence industry sector. Your technical expertise can contribute to the safety of our country and the future of its defence capability.
Preference will be given to candidates with military service experience or veteran status.
Key Responsibilities

Support existing manufacturers within the alliance: coordination, operational issue resolution, and assistance across all areas of cooperation.

Provide consultations to manufacturers regarding participation in association programmes and projects.

Identify and attract new manufacturers to join the alliance.

Conduct presentations, meetings, and communication activities to highlight the benefits of community participation.

Maintain and update the manufacturer database in internal systems.

Prepare analytical materials and reports for management on community status and member activity.

Ensure effective communication between community members and leadership.

Represent the association’s interests at meetings, events, and working groups.
Requirements

Experience in managing technical or production projects.

Understanding of operational and production principles within the defence industry sector.

Experience collaborating with R&D or production departments.

Technical education (engineering, mechatronics, robotics, or related fields) will be an advantage.

Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with technical contractors.

Confident user of office tools (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets) and project management system Asana.

Proficiency in Ukrainian (fluent) and English (A2 level or higher).

Proactive, decisive, and attentive to detail.

Having your own car will be an advantage.
