Key Responsibilities

Develop the platform strategy as a sustainable and profitable business.
Set up internal processes: operational model, legal support, finances.
Define the business model and monetization streams.
Organize and manage the scouting process for defense startups.
Evaluate technology trends, team potential, and product solutions.
Support post-acceleration growth and scaling of portfolio companies.
Expand the network of investors and mentors.
Prepare analytical and investment materials.
Communicate with government bodies, military structures, and international partners.
Build an ecosystem of interaction between startups, corporations, and military institutions.
Build and lead a strong team.
Define and monitor key program KPIs.
Represent the project publicly in Ukraine and internationally.
Organize hackathons, industry events, and participate in relevant conferences.
Establish long-term partnerships with tech players, investors, and manufacturers.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in project leadership as CEO / COO / Head of Strategy.
In-depth understanding of the defense sector.
Hands-on experience in attracting investment and working with venture funds and/or accelerators.
Skills in strategy development, market analysis, team management, negotiations, and presentations.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in uncertainty.
Experience in cooperation with government and defense institutions is a plus.
Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
