Our client is a Ukrainian manufacturer of unmanned aerial systems — including FPV loitering drones, air-defence drones, fiber-optic UAVs, ground stations, antennas, and supporting equipment.
The company develops advanced technological solutions for the defence sector, ranging from guidance systems to integrated radio-communication complexes.
Key Responsibilities

Designing antennas for unmanned systems, communication channels, and ground stations.

Simulating antenna characteristics using specialized software (CST, HFSS, or similar).

Performing measurements and technical analysis of key parameters — VSWR, gain, radiation patterns, etc.

Optimizing antenna integration into UAV structures, accounting for spatial constraints and interference from surrounding components.

Matching antennas with feeder paths and ensuring stable performance of communication systems.

Collaborating with mechanical and electronics teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into final products.

Participating in prototype manufacturing, testing, and fine-tuning in both laboratory and field conditions.

Preparing technical documentation, reports, and specifications throughout the development process.
Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working with antenna or RF components.

Hands-on experience in modeling, testing, and tuning antenna systems.

Higher education in radio engineering, telecommunications, physics, or a related field.
