Key Responsibilities

Handle 5-7 projects of varying complexity in fields of engineering, IT, finance, marketing and supply chain.

Market research & analysis — market mapping, salary range, industry activity.

Talent pool creation (direct search, LinkedIn, database, job sites, references).

Management of the complete cycle of communication with applicants (telephone interview, personal interview, support at all stages of communication with the Client).

Personal interviewing and assessment (competencies, behavior (case), biography, etc.).
Requirements

An experienced recruiter with strong industrial background, able to self-administer own projects and bring value with high-qualitative candidates to our clients businesses.

Preferable previous industries: engineering, manufacturing, FMCG, narrow-focused businesses.

High level of self-organization, analytical and communicational skills.

Multitasking and attentiveness to details is an advantage.
