Responsibilities

• Support of Tech Director in daily work.

• Monitoring the implementation of technical plans and roadmaps.

• Synchronization of the work of several engineering areas.

• Removing blockers between teams.

• Monitoring deadlines, quality and technical debt.

• Regular technical status control without micromanagement.

• Coordination of requests between the service center and engineering teams (electronics, production, software, testing).

• Structuring and updating technical documentation.

• Collection and organization of technical requirements for R&D projects.

• Assistance in preparing for testing and processing test results.

• Maintaining internal tables, checklists and engineering records.

• Logistics support for equipment, prototypes and materials

Requirements

• Experience in managing a team of developers, ability to effectively interact with specialists of various profiles.

• Free orientation in the processes of developing hardware solutions, Embedded systems.

• Deep understanding of the life cycle of a hardware product: from idea and prototype to production and integration into systems.

• Flexible engineering thinking, the ability to see the problem comprehensively and find a solution for it based on existing modules or with minimal new development.

• Confident technical communication, documentation, task management tools
