IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support: receive, log, and categorize user requests

  • Prepare and maintain workstations: install, configure, and update computers and laptops for users

  • Install and support both standard (MS Office, browsers) and specialized software

  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory and corporate email systems

  • Diagnose hardware issues; perform basic repairs and maintenance of office equipment

  • Collaborate with other departments to implement IT solutions or support internal processes

  • Maintain technical documentation and reporting; manage and inventory IT equipment

  • Participate in projects related to IT infrastructure upgrades and development

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT support or systems administration

  • Experience with Windows Server (2016 and newer), Active Directory account management

  • Basic knowledge of Linux (e.g., Ubuntu or Debian): installation, configuration, diagnostics

  • Understanding of Level 1–2 support principles and ability to resolve standard incidents

  • Practical experience supporting Microsoft Office 365, antivirus software, VPN clients

  • Knowledge of networking infrastructure, office hardware (printers, routers, PCs)

  • Strong understanding of Windows OS and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)

Would be a plus

  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, OTRS, Zendesk)

  • Knowledge of PowerShell or other automation tools
