Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support: receive, log, and categorize user requests

Prepare and maintain workstations: install, configure, and update computers and laptops for users

Install and support both standard (MS Office, browsers) and specialized software
-
Manage user accounts in Active Directory and corporate email systems

Diagnose hardware issues; perform basic repairs and maintenance of office equipment
-
Collaborate with other departments to implement IT solutions or support internal processes
-
Maintain technical documentation and reporting; manage and inventory IT equipment
-
Participate in projects related to IT infrastructure upgrades and development
Requirements
-
3+ years of professional experience in IT support or systems administration
-
Experience with Windows Server (2016 and newer), Active Directory account management
-
Basic knowledge of Linux (e.g., Ubuntu or Debian): installation, configuration, diagnostics
-
Understanding of Level 1–2 support principles and ability to resolve standard incidents
-
Practical experience supporting Microsoft Office 365, antivirus software, VPN clients
-
Knowledge of networking infrastructure, office hardware (printers, routers, PCs)

Strong understanding of Windows OS and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
Would be a plus

Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, OTRS, Zendesk)

Knowledge of PowerShell or other automation tools
