Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1–2 technical support to end users

Process support requests, communicate with equipment operators, conduct initial diagnostics of incidents

Escalate complex issues to specialized teams (R&D, Operations)

Prepare and maintain technical documentation: user manuals, troubleshooting guides, deployment instructions
-
Work with in-field feedback (including from military units), log and analyze user requests
-
Prepare reports on support cases, monitor key performance indicators
-
Contribute to product improvement based on collected field data
-
In the long term — build and manage the technical support team
Requirements:
-
1+ year of hands-on experience in technical support or a related field
-
Understanding of embedded systems, firmware/software configuration
-
High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Decision-making autonomy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Would be a plus:
-
Experience with UAV systems or field equipment
-
Basic hardware skills: soldering, reading schematics, using diagnostic tools

Experience in MilTech, Defense, Telecom, or hardware-oriented projects
