Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1–2 technical support to end users

  • Process support requests, communicate with equipment operators, conduct initial diagnostics of incidents

  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams (R&D, Operations)

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation: user manuals, troubleshooting guides, deployment instructions

  • Work with in-field feedback (including from military units), log and analyze user requests

  • Prepare reports on support cases, monitor key performance indicators

  • Contribute to product improvement based on collected field data

  • In the long term — build and manage the technical support team

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in technical support or a related field

  • Understanding of embedded systems, firmware/software configuration

  • High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Decision-making autonomy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with UAV systems or field equipment

  • Basic hardware skills: soldering, reading schematics, using diagnostic tools

  • Experience in MilTech, Defense, Telecom, or hardware-oriented projects
