Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the company's sales targets.

  • Coordinate and manage all stages of the sales process.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Organize and conduct client meetings to present company solutions.

  • Lead business negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and close contracts.

  • Provide technical consultations to clients and promptly resolve their inquiries or complex situations.

  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions, expanding the miltech network.

  • Collect and analyze feedback and data to improve internal processes and overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Partnerships or Sales Manager role with proven track record of achieving targets.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical information.

  • Strong strategic thinking and understanding of trends and perspectives in the defense sector.

  • Practical experience in the miltech or related industries.

  • Any hands-on experience with UAVs (piloting, assembly, etc.).

  • Experience working with government bodies, NGOs, or military units.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
