Key Responsibilities

Achieve the company's sales targets.

Coordinate and manage all stages of the sales process.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Organize and conduct client meetings to present company solutions.

Lead business negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and close contracts.

Provide technical consultations to clients and promptly resolve their inquiries or complex situations.

Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions, expanding the miltech network.
-
Collect and analyze feedback and data to improve internal processes and overall efficiency.
Requirements
-
At least 3 years of experience in a Partnerships or Sales Manager role with proven track record of achieving targets.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical information.
-
Strong strategic thinking and understanding of trends and perspectives in the defense sector.

Practical experience in the miltech or related industries.
-
Any hands-on experience with UAVs (piloting, assembly, etc.).
-
Experience working with government bodies, NGOs, or military units.
-
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
