Scout - Defence Technology Expert

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the defence technology market, focusing on innovative solutions and potential partners.
Analyze startups to assess their technical, financial, and strategic potential.
Track trends in defence technologies and UAV development.
Assess activities of key market players (companies, startups, developers).
Evaluate companies’ positions and competitive advantages.
Provide recommendations for potential investments, acquisitions, or partnerships.
Assess business models, engineering solutions, and commercial potential of startups.
Prepare strategic and analytical reports for management.
Collaborate with internal teams on integration opportunities for new technologies.
Participate in negotiations with partners during acquisition or partnership processes.

Qualifications:

Experience in defence technology (preferred), market analytics, or innovation scouting.
Background: in entrepreneurship, business development, finance, or engineering.
Knowledge of current trends in UAVs and the defence sector.
Solid understanding of technology trends and innovations.
Skills in market research and preparation of strategic reports.
Ability to present analysis clearly and concisely.
Capacity to evaluate the business viability and growth potential of startups.
Strong communication skills for building relationships with partners.
Language: fluency in Ukrainian, minimum basic English
