Key Responsibilities

• Project planning.

• Implementation of projects and strategic initiatives.

• Coordination with the team, external, and international partners on projects aimed at strengthening the capabilities of Ukraine’s Defense Forces.

• Organizing and coordinating the allocation of resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to achieve project goals.

• Responsibility for the organization’s most complex or strategic projects.

• Coordination of project managers within the team.

• Monitoring and reporting on project outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing projects of varying complexity and intensity.

• Proven track record of end-to-end project delivery.

• Understanding of the military domain and strong familiarity with defense-related topics.

• Negotiation skills and proficiency in business correspondence.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Military service in the Defense Forces is a significant advantage.

• High level of responsibility, self-organization, and ability to work in a team.

• Willingness to travel within Ukraine and abroad.
