They are building a platform for cooperation between business, government, the military, and international partners; fostering innovation; supporting Ukraine’s technological independence; and helping the country integrate into the global security system.

Do you want to join a team shaping the future of Ukraine’s security? We are looking for a Program Office Coordinator to ensure smooth team operations and the successful organization of key events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate office administrative processes (scheduling meetings, preparing materials and documents).

  • Provide administrative support for projects: monitor schedules, maintain internal databases and spreadsheets.

  • Organize working meetings, including communication with contractors.

  • Prepare and manage business correspondence in Ukrainian and English (English level B1 or higher).

  • Coordinate communications with partners, clients, and project participants.

  • Carry out administrative tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle and systematize large volumes of information.

  • Confident use of office tools (MS Office/Excel/Google Sheets).

  • Excellent command of Ukrainian and strong business writing skills.

  • English proficiency at B1+ level.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a multitasking environment.

  • Flexible work approach and results-oriented mindset.
