Do you want to join a team shaping the future of Ukraine’s security? We are looking for a Program Office Coordinator to ensure smooth team operations and the successful organization of key events.
Key Responsibilities

Organize and coordinate office administrative processes (scheduling meetings, preparing materials and documents).

Provide administrative support for projects: monitor schedules, maintain internal databases and spreadsheets.

Organize working meetings, including communication with contractors.

Prepare and manage business correspondence in Ukrainian and English (English level B1 or higher).

Coordinate communications with partners, clients, and project participants.

Carry out administrative tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Attention to detail and ability to handle and systematize large volumes of information.

Confident use of office tools (MS Office/Excel/Google Sheets).

Excellent command of Ukrainian and strong business writing skills.

English proficiency at B1+ level.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
