PR & Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with contractors.
Coordinate and oversee the implementation of PR campaigns.
Research, plan, and manage the company’s participation in relevant defense and tech events, conferences, and exhibitions in Ukraine and across Europe.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare presentations, promotional materials, and public speaking engagements.
Manage the company’s media presence: media inquiries, briefings, and interviews.
Support content creation for social media, press releases, newsletters, and other marketing channels in collaboration with the PR agency.
Monitor media activity, event outcomes, and key communication performance indicators.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in PR, marketing, event management, or communications (preferably in tech, defense, or startups).
Excellent project management skills and strong organizational abilities.
High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the defense sector or a strong interest in national security topics is a plus.
