Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a personal brand strategy for the leader (positioning, tone of voice, communication channels).

Create and manage a content plan: posts, opinion columns, articles, interviews, and speeches.

Prepare public speeches, presentations, key messages, and communication materials.

Manage and/or oversee social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, YouTube).

Liaise with media outlets, journalists, and media partners to publish materials.

Monitor the effectiveness of public engagement efforts and adjust the strategy as needed.
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in PR, media, strategic communications, or personal branding.

Proven ability to develop public positioning strategies.
-
Experience in preparing media materials, public speeches, and interviews.

Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement tactics.
-
Strong writing and editing skills in both Ukrainian and English.
