Key Responsibilities

  • ​​Build and maintain core processes from hiring to offboarding.

  • Post job openings, conduct initial resume screening, coordinate interviews, and manage communication with candidates and recruiting partners (including pro-bono collaborations).

  • Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new team members.

  • Administer and coordinate training and development programs, maintain the L&D knowledge base, and collect feedback.

  • Foster a positive work environment aligned with the organization’s values. Manage internal HR communications and assist with employee operational HR requests.

  •  Support the administration of compensation and benefits systems, and prepare payroll data in collaboration with accounting.

  • Ensure accuracy and relevance of data in HR systems and personnel documentation. Supervise the work of the HR administrator.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or similar role.

  • Experience handling the full range of HR operations.

  • Solid understanding of core HR processes and best practices.

  • Hands-on experience coordinating recruitment processes.

  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
