Our client is a Ukrainian manufacturer of autonomous deep-strike UAVs and strike FPV drones. Together with combat units and local producers, the company is building a family of tactical UAVs to rapidly implement innovations and maintain technological superiority on the battlefield.
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to scale drone sales to frontline brigades, collect feedback, and develop client relationships. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contribution directly impacts the country’s defense capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Initiating the company’s participation in international grant programs (defense, dual-use, government, innovation): market analysis of grant opportunities, selection of relevant programs, and formation of a grant portfolio.

Proactively developing proposals for potential grants in line with the company’s current maturity level and strategic goals.

Preparing full application packages: technical project descriptions, budgets, administrative forms, and supporting materials.

Coordinating the internal grant application process across company teams.

Communicating with international grant providers at all stages - from application submission to contract signing and project implementation.

Owning the grant management process after funding is awarded: monitoring deadlines, coordinating data collection, and contributing to interim and final reporting.
Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in grant fundraising
(experience with international grants is mandatory). -
Proven track record of successful grant applications and awards.

Understanding of defense and dual-use technologies.

High level of English proficiency (both written and spoken).

Proactivity, autonomy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to independently drive tasks to completion.

Willingness to act as a domain expert and owner, not just an executor of operational tasks.
