• Assembling and connecting drone components (frame, motors, ESCs, flight controllers, cameras, batteries, propellers, etc.)

• Flashing flight controllers, configuring systems and parameters for optimal performance

• Calibrating systems — precise setup of sensors, cameras, and onboard equipment

• Testing flight performance, stabilization, and safety features

• Diagnosing technical issues during assembly and after test flights

• Performing maintenance, software updates, and component replacements

• Communicating with engineers, testers, and developers to improve designs and functionality

Requirements

• Experience in assembling or installing technical equipment

• Solid soldering skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks

• Strong team player with effective collaboration skills

• Ability to fly drones in FPV mode (would be a plus)

• Hands-on experience assembling drones and participating in grassroots projects like "People’s Drone" or "Social Drone UA" (would be a plus)
