Key Responsibilities

Develop preparation plans for events

Provide full-scale event organization (planning, logistics, execution)

Ensure venue readiness and provide on-site support on the day of the event

Coordinate contractors and monitor task completion

Travel to event locations as needed (business trips)

Handle documentation, budgets, and other supporting materials
Requirements

Experience in event management
-
Excellent communication skills

Strong self-organization and ability to multitask
-
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines

Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (B2+)
