Event Manager Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop preparation plans for events

  • Provide full-scale event organization (planning, logistics, execution)

  • Ensure venue readiness and provide on-site support on the day of the event

  • Coordinate contractors and monitor task completion

  • Travel to event locations as needed (business trips)

  • Handle documentation, budgets, and other supporting materials

Requirements

  • Experience in event management

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong self-organization and ability to multitask

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (B2+)
