Event Manager

Our client is an association of Ukrainian defense and military technology manufacturers. They are building a platform for cooperation between business, government, the military, and international partners; fostering innovation; supporting Ukraine’s technological independence; and helping the country integrate into the global security system.
The team is now looking for an Event Manager who will organize and deliver professional forums, industry meetings, international protocol events, and internal corporate gatherings that bring together key players in the defense industry.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and execute events of various scales (from internal meetings to international forums).

Collaborate with contractors, venues, service providers, and technical teams.

Develop event scenarios and programs, and prepare presentation materials.

Coordinate the team’s work during events, ensuring timing and quality control.

Organize protocol events with international partners.

Collect and analyze feedback, and optimize event organization processes.
Requirements
-
At least 2 years of experience in the event industry.

Experience with international or protocol events will be an advantage.

English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
