This vacancy involves work in the field of international development of the defense industry, building strategic partnerships in the defense sector, and strengthening military-technical cooperation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assignments from the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and the leadership of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

• Coordinate the work of the department, assign tasks, and monitor their execution.

• Create conditions for new international partnerships in line with the future defense industry development strategy.

• Oversee the department’s activities in the field of international defense industry development.

• Manage strategic projects and military-technical cooperation initiatives.

• Represent Ukraine’s defense industry interests at the international level.

• Cooperate with foreign partners and Ukrainian manufacturers.

• Ensure the participation of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in international events.

• Take part in drafting legislative proposals aimed at developing the defense industry.

Requirements

• Higher education.

• Knowledge of regulatory and legal acts in the field of defense.

• Experience in cooperation with international partners, diplomatic missions, and international organizations.

• Experience in military-technical cooperation projects (localization of production, joint programs).

• High level of responsibility and strong teamwork skills.

• Stress resilience, leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

• English language proficiency at the Advanced level.

• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role (civil service, international projects, or defense sector).

• Higher education in international relations, public administration, law, defense, or security.
