This position involves work in the field of international development of the defense industry, building strategic partnerships in the defense sector, and strengthening military-technical cooperation.
Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support for military-technical cooperation projects.

Prepare analytical materials, documents, and reports.

Cooperate with foreign partners and Ukrainian enterprises.

Participate in the preparation of international meetings and exhibitions.

Review draft regulatory acts and prepare proposals based on their analysis.

Draft responses to requests from government bodies, enterprises, NGOs, and citizens.

Prepare conclusions regarding draft laws registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Contribute to the development of legislative initiatives aimed at strengthening the defense industry.

Analyze state policy in the defense industry, particularly in relation to international cooperation.
Requirements

Higher education.
-
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.

Knowledge of regulatory and legal acts in the field of defense.

Basic knowledge of Ukraine’s international cooperation with partner countries.
-
Experience in international relations, defense industry, military-technical cooperation projects, or public administration would be an advantage.

Strong business correspondence skills.

Analytical thinking and ability to work under tight deadlines.
-
High level of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork skills.

Higher education in international relations, public administration, law, defense, or security would be an advantage.
