Key Responsibilities

Lead the representation in Ukraine, including office establishment and operational framework.

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with company goals and local regulations

Build and maintain trusted relationships with Ukrainian government agencies, defense industry partners, and international stakeholders

Identify new business opportunities, tenders, and co-development projects in line with portfolio

Represent the company at key industry forums, exhibitions, and governmentlevel meetings
-
Ensure that all operations are aligned with export control regulations and security protocols

Act as the main point of contact between HQ and Ukrainian stakeholders
Requirements
-
Proven experience (7+ years) in business development, strategic partnerships, or investment within defense, aerospace, or dual-use technology sectors

Understanding of Ukrainian military and defense tech landscape, including procurement processes and key players

Strong network across government, international donors, defense clusters, and innovation hubs

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field

Fluent English is a must
-
High integrity, diplomatic skills, and an ability to operate in complex political and regulatory environments
